Additionally, you’ll lead analysis activities, driving the delivery of change within an Agile framework to support business needs and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: API creation and integration, driving efficient, scalable B2B solutions through seamless platform connectivity. Skilled in workshop facilitation, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and align stakeholders. Requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and strategically aligned. Manage medium-sized projects within agile environments, balancing delivery with adaptability and stakeholder engagement. About you You’re a strong communicator with experience in project delivery, business analysis, and process improvement. You bring: Have experience with digital transformations, connected projects, & API integrations Intermediate knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle & Agile Methodology Workshop facilitation experience. Skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management Managed medium sized projects and are comfortable in an agile project management environment. Experience in insurance would be an advantage, otherwise ability to learn quickly and show evidence of working in a fast paced and innovative environment.
