Your new role Working closely with the Manager, Operations and Data Insights, you will be a key member of the team liaising with businesses to identify key metrics and develop reports or business models to monitor trends on a regular basis Engage with key stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted advisor to provide insights and ideas for improvement Deliver timely and accurate data through models, reports, analysing and communicating results, responding to complex business issues and providing best practice solutions to assist with company direction and decision-making Analyse data extracted from multiple systems in comparison to prior months or years and our competitors Support team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis About you You will be a seasoned business analyst who can drive business improvements through datadriven insights and process optimisation. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Have a good understanding and able to leverage various technical tools to streamline operations and enhance business performance.
