Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior BA/QA to join our high-performing delivery team at Bilue. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance functions across complex digital projects, with a strong focus on native mobile app delivery (iOS and Android).
You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to define business needs, write clear and actionable requirements, and own the end-to-end testing strategy to ensure what we build meets expectations and is of the highest quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a passion for delivering polished mobile experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, ideally within an Agile consultancy or digital product environment
• Proven experience working on native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) — this is essential
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Skilled in BA techniques including requirements gathering, user story writing, and process mapping
• Proficient with tools such as Appium, TestRail, Postman, and JIRA, and confident managing both manual and automated testing activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading conversations and working directly with clients and senior leadership
• A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and performance testing is a bonus
