• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Execution and Delivery: Be deeply involved in execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Presentation and Engagement: Support the organization, by holding presentations and demos of new and planned features, aiming to increase their engagement and understanding.
• Communication and Documentation Management: Maintain careful control over internal and external communications about product features, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging and knowledge sharing. Maintain proper business documentation of new deliveries.
