Responsibilities:
WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?
The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to anlayse, interpret and document business and reporting requirements, lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to determine requirements, seek opportunities for improvement and collaborate with Staeholders to develop and omplement effective solutions that drive organsaitional success.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Analysing and synthesising information
- Extracting all reporting requirements for the program and developing appropriate reporting specifications
- Eliciting the actual needs of stakeholder, not simply their expressed desires
- Facilitating communications between organisational business units
- Aligning the needs of the business unit with the capabilities delivered by information technology (i.e., serve as the translator between those groups)
- Defining and validating solutions that meet business need
- Driving technology and automation uplift through modern design principles and awareness of industry trends around DevOps and integration patterns
- Have an accountability for quality through the end to end delivery lifecycle
