Job Description What is the opportunity? Work as a Senior Business Analyst on the Cash Programs generating requirements and conducting user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation for projects in the program. What will you do? Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies. Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read. Systems Analysis and Documentation What do you need to succeed? Must-have: 5+ years of Experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation Nice-to-have: Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA) Masters Certificate in Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP or CCBA) Agile Certification (CSM, CPO) Trading systems experience What's in it for you?
