Job description, responsibilities and duties   Overall Responsibility: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Business Analyst to join our Sales analytics and Reporting team. The Senior Business Analyst's responsibilities include analysing sales reports and KPIs, identifying best practices and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to the rest of the team and assisting with monthly reporting processes and Power BI reporting and assisting with sales planning and budgeting processes. To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you should be able to perform a variety of activities including but not limited to proactively identifying actionable analytical insights that drive decision making, various sales analyses and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present sales analyses and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the EMEA Sales Ops and Business Analytics Manager and the VP of Commercial Operations, and the position requires frequent interaction with sales leadership and exec team as well as the wider Commercial Operations department. An ideal candidate needs to have experience in Business/Sales analytics, excellent financial acumen, excellent communication skills, interest in working with data and creation of business reports, attention to detail, as well as ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment with teams across EMEA region.                 Responsibilities: * Proactively supporting the executive team with key business insights and trends to enable decision making and business management * Track and analyse key metrics and measurements of the sales teams activity (pipeline creation, win rates, conversion rates, ...), as well as supporting the forecasting process and driving data accuracy * Support in the preparation of standard reporting deliverables for executive team and sales leadership team, as well as specialized deep dives and recommends improvements to the reporting deliverables  * Supports data accuracy and consistency in CRM and correct adoption of tools used across the sales community ensuring they have access and utilize the key data required to successfully manage the business * Supports account planning activities for EMEA strategic accounts, working closely with the local strategic accounts teams * Works closely with the team to develop required dashboards and reports in BI tool for the sales management community and ensures they are effectively used by sales * Supports various Sales Operations initiatives and projects as coordinated by the EMEA Sales Ops and Business Analytics Manager    Employee perks, benefits -HR to to provide Information about the selection process If you find this position interesting, please send us your CV in English language. Requirements for the employee Candidates with education suit the position University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) Number of years of experience 3+ Personality requirements and skills Required experience:  * At least 3 years in sales operations or business analysis or similar position in a large international  * company * Proactive, self-motivated, results oriented with strong analytical skills with a zeal for accuracy and clarity of reporting and attention to detail * Very good verbal and written communications skills – able to present thoughts and clarify issues clearly and concisely to the senior audience * Understanding of the basic sales process and knowledge of CRM reporting and functionalities is a plus * Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable to work in a matrix style of management * Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills  * Ability to investigate the data details and identify root cause of deviations * Knowledge of Power BI is essential. #LI-NS1 Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
