Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our Digital Projects Unit (DPU). The DPU manages AHO’s internal and external Salesforce platform, Ngamuru, which supports critical functions including property and tenancy management, contracts, compliance and many other functions.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the DPU, driving enhancements that improve the systems delivering vital housing services to Aboriginal communities across NSW. Your insights and analysis will directly contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of our digital solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will drive improvements to AHO’s internal and external Salesforce platform (Ngamuru), ensuring business systems, processes and workflows are aligned with strategic and operational priorities. You’ll work across multiple digital work streams, engaging with stakeholders to develop business requirements, identify emerging issues, and provide evidence-based advice that delivers practical solutions. You will also be responsible for;

  • Engaging with stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
  • Developing business requirements and supporting best practice in Salesforce systems design.
  • Providing proactive, evidence-based advice and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting cross-division collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
