Your tasks:

• You will advise national clients in the financial services industry on the introduction and further development of our software solutions in credit risk management.
• You analyze professional and technical requirements and develop suitable solution concepts together with the customers.
• You model and optimize business processes as part of business analysis.
• You will oversee the implementation of requirements in close collaboration with the software development teams and coordinate necessary customizations within the project plan.
• You also support customers after the software has been implemented and conduct user training and workshops.

You bring the following:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally in the field of software solutions or business analysis
• Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes
• Structured and independent work style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and on-site customer meetings
• Fluent German and English language skills
