What you’ll do: Define and standardise business analysis processes and frameworks. Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and document detailed business requirements. Conduct analysis, process modelling, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Collaborate with project teams and managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout project execution. Drive innovation in business processes to enhance efficiency and generate actionable insights. Embed responsible AI principles and emerging technologies into analysis practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes. Support the BA Practice Lead in guiding and developing the business analysis team to ensure consistency and delivery excellence. What we’re looking for: Expertise in innovating and optimising business processes leveraging data and technology. Understanding of responsible AI frameworks and emerging technology trends. Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence digital strategy and facilitate organisational capability development. Advanced business analysis skills, including process modeling, requirement elicitation, Agile delivery, and expert facilitation and stakeholder management. Experienced senior expert and team leader managing medium-sized teams (5-20+ people), capable of solving complex business problems with minimal guidance. Proven ability to lead multiple large projects with broad impact, prioritize work annually, and support broader business unit objectives. Skilled in influencing stakeholders across business levels and managing budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.
