YOUR ROLE

Sogeti Ireland are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. Working in fast-moving and varied environments, the successful candidate will work with small and large teams in single and mixed vendor environments to deliver our client’s needs. You’ll be responsible for taking on different challenges depending on project and client, including analysis, documentation, improvement of processes, requirements, business cases, business needs, costs and benefits, and policies and procedures.
This role will be a people focused role and the successful candidate will be a key player in developing and supporting the people around you through coaching and mentoring, therefore prior leadership experience is a must.
We’re looking for candidates who are natural problem solvers – curious, tenacious and driven to find the right answers. At the end of the day, you should be driven to identify and deliver value for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Work with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements, then working with technical colleagues to develop and deliver the solution
  • Work on projects which look to streamline and improve processes, identify and track benefits or implement effective business change
  • Partner with clients, translating requirements into documented criteria and deliverables
  • Engaging directly with our clients to map and understand their as-is systems and processes and map and document to-be systems and processes
  • Work on creating or reshaping new offers and services for our clients
  • Look for new opportunities for work within your projects and contribute to proposals
  • Collaborate with clients to identify, design and implement the process improvements with technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that any changes implemented will be successful for the client
