As a Senior Business Analyst you will work on enterprise level projects and initiatives to deliver key digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse, define, and communicate requirements, taking a solution-agnostic approach to ensure we are delivering value for the business and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake research and analysis to inform future digital processes
• Consult with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders and Executives across the organisation to gather inputs, validate assumptions and socialise findings
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and risk assessments
• Lead or contribute to the development of business cases for proposed projects or initiatives
• Support Executive decision making with reports and recommendations
• Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify, document and communicate business needs and requirements
• Liaise with the IT team(s) to assist them in developing technical solutions
