Conduct comprehensive system GAP analysis to identify gaps between current back office solution implemented vs the company’s future strategy, products and future roadmap.• Evaluate and recommend enhancements of current/ future features/ system functionalities related to back-office system, architecture, hardware and business processes, especially those that need automation.• Develop and maintain detailed documentation (Business Requirement Document) of back-office system features, processes, configurations, and enhancements aligned with the company’s future needs.• Evaluate the back-office system data structure and propose enhancements and best practices aligned with the company’s Data Governance.• Facilitate and manage the development of system specifications through detailed analysis with the Business units, IT, and vendors for back-office systems.• Stay informed on the latest developments in brokerage back-office systems, including advancements in automation, data reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and system integration techniques. Continuously updates knowledge on best practices and industry standards to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of back-office operations.
