About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join one of our clients within the Banking IT Applications Consultancy domain. The successful candidate will contribute to multiple projects within the Business Support and Applications (BSA) Unit, undertaking a variety of assignments associated with different FSCM-VC initiatives and projects. What you will do... Gathering, documenting & analysing business requirements, processes, and workflows; Translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams; Collaborating with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery; Identifying areas for process improvement; Recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Technical skills required... Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of PeopleSoft; Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams Extensive knowledge of M365 and PowerApps applications; Knowledge of business analysis technics, tools and methods; Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, etc.) Strong technical experience in PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.59 and above including PeopleCode, Application Engine, PS Query, SQL. Experience in gathering, documenting & analysing business requirements, processes, and workflows. Behavioral Attributes...
