You would be a great fit for this position if you are familiar with: Preferably background from the airline industry (reservations, inventory systems, passenger management, ticketing, revenue management, loyalty and reward systems) Domain knowledge from the airline industry (airlines, hotels, travel agencies, car rental) Technical skill and Knowledge: PSS, Order Manager, XML/JSON, JIRA, Confluence, ATPCO Jira, Confluence, MS Office applications Agile-based methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) REST API Some knowledge with the use of AI tools Responsibilities: Here are all the things you’ll get to do on the project: Identification and documentation of business needs for the significant players in the airline industry Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process description, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis Definition of a roadmap (product vision) and documentation of changes Change Requests – scoping and planning, Solution Documentation – preparation Close cooperation with the Architects, Developers Active participation in the refinement and planning sessions Creation of the context diagrams, flows, and activity diagrams Managing system rules (Amadeus, Sabre), and ensuring smooth operations for customer service, revenue, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will identify and document business needs for significant players in the airline industry and elicit requirements through various methods. They will also define a product vision roadmap and collaborate closely with architects and developers.
