Synapri are partnered with a multinational organisation who are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst to support a global service transformation programme.
This role requires someone with proven experience in supporting global service transformation initiatives, ideally with strong knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce Field Service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) findings and the documentation of change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Must have supported a global services transformation programme, ideally with ServiceMax or Field Service
• Must have experience across UAT findings and documentation of change requests
