Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at ARU, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision making across our University. Working alongside key stakeholders, you will analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate data into actionable insights that supports our educational mission. The role involves collecting and interpreting data across ARU, developing comprehensive reports, and helping our subject matter experts design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and student outcomes. You will serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated, and technological solutions are aligned with ARU goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and process improvement. We seek someone with experience in improvement methodologies, requirement gathering techniques and the ability to translate data into useable information. A degree or working experience in business, information systems or a related field is required. You will need to be able to thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate adaptability in the face of changing priorities, and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Most importantly, you will need to share our commitment to using data to enhance the educational experience for our students and staff.
