You will also have demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and be able to facilitate meetings with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Business Analyst, with a focus on design thinking and feasibility/option analysis, is responsible for providing specialist business analysis support to projects and teams in Digital Solutions Group to define business requirements, perform option analysis, and to scope and cost product- and project deliverables to ensure discovery activities are effectively completed during the early phases of the product/project delivery lifecycle.
This role will particularly ensure effective identification and delivery of business requirements and optimisation opportunities, across all stages of an Application Rationalisation Project to ensure Digital Solutions Group achieves its target savings for the software spend across the portfolio.
The Senior Business Analyst also provides specialist guidance to other business analysts on complex activities and coordinates analyst work as required to meet program management timeframes and standards. Development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand end-to-end user journeys to support effective solutions and determine and resolve issues will also be important in this role.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:-

• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated capability to map process models and knowledge of process modelling notation standards and platforms with a demonstrated understanding of the relationship between strategy and operational process enablement.
