Job Description
Role Description:
- This person will act as Senior BA and main coordinator / local point of contact for all stakeholders (FO, MO, BO, IT)
- Organize product /architecture and project documentation generated and its posterior validation
- Capacity for TOM analysis and its definition
- Creation and maintenance of all project deliverables: project initiation, project plan, status updates
- Establish and maintain project governance with required stakeholders
- Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders: discovery, assessments, requirements definition, etc.
- Be part of implementation team, defining requirements and translate those to the technical teams.
- Coordination role: change management plan; definition and management plan executions
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Trade Finance products or Transactional Banking (Doc Trade, Export & Agency Finance and Structure Trade )
- Strong Project Management skills and Business Analysis skill
- Experience with Agile framework and tools like JIRA / Conflunce
- Requirements definition, management, prioritization and execution
- Organize and participate E2E testing and rollouts
- Office package: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
