Job Description You will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control. What you will do Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators) Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones Manage reporting to senior stakeholders Support integration and migration processes Qualifications Required: +5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders Fluent English and Spanish Based in Spain (remote possible) Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience in international programs Background in industrial or finance sectors Additional Information What do we offer you?
