You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.    In this role, you'll: This role will see you play a key part in shaping the future of NSW Motorways Tolling Programs, leading detailed analysis, evaluation and design improvements across complex tolling business systems.You will drive enhancements to Tolling systems, processes and workflows, ensuring they are aligned with customer, operational and regulatory requirements. Working across a major program of work, you will identify business needs, define and translate requirements, and support the development of system solutions that strengthen performance, efficiency and reliability across the end‑to‑end tolling environment.You will also champion best‑practice modelling and analysis, support investment and planning processes, and collaborate closely with technical specialists, operational teams and program leadership to deliver improvements that contribute to the broader transport network.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.   About you You bring strong experience in Tolling systems and a solid background in technology‑focused business analysis. You excel at understanding complex system environments, translating business needs into clear requirements, and shaping practical, customer‑centred solutions.You’re confident working with diverse stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and contributing to major technology and process improvements.
