Requirements: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CASA, credit, clearing, payments, accounting, and data reconciliation. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to support business decisions, leveraging analytical tools and techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes and solutions comply with relevant banking regulations and standards, particularly in relation to NFR and operational risk. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design effective solutions, ensuring that technical specifications align with business requirements. Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and scenarios and conduct testing to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
