About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and inquisitive Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about improving processes and delivering efficient solutions. You focus on understanding the core problem behind every request to ensure the best possible outcomes. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and play a key part in enhancing service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define, document, and refine user stories and features, ensuring they are ready for development. Drive stakeholder engagement through regular demonstrations, feedback sessions, and alignment discussions. Facilitate design workshops to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with overall objectives. Produce high-quality requirement documentation, including detailed mockups using Figma or similar tools. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business channels, markets, and regions on complex projects and systems. Partner closely with the development team to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency across workflows. Develop comprehensive system integration and data mapping documentation using tools such as Lucidchart (or similar). Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline documentation, improve analysis, and optimize day-to-day workflows. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Minimum 4+ years of experience in the IT industry. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in client interactions and capable of independently leading meetings and workshops. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and service excellence. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for continuous learning, with the ability to adapt quickly and upskill. Ability to work collaboratively within teams while also being self-driven and capable of working independently. Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, documentation quality, and decision-making. Proactive mindset towards adopting new technologies and automation to enhance productivity.
