Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Role and Responsibilities Following are the typical roles and responsibilities for the job: Requirement elicitation with stakeholders to outline the business needs Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use stories and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle Feature and Product analysis to derive the stories Brainstorming for solutions and guide in the design, and implementation of same Assist with planning, monitoring, and reporting the scope and development Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members In addition to the above, the following are ad hoc responsibilities: Knowledge sharing sessions to ensure team’s domain competency Defect analysis and fix supporting Change request analysis Data analytics for business Participate in testing efforts in conjunction with QA teams, including the design and execution of an overall test strategy Preferred Skills Following are the skills for the role: Around 10 years on Core banking & Loan management Requirement elicitation methods Gap and Impact analysis methods Dependency management Stakeholder management Priority and Scope management Communication and Inter-personal skills Solution designing e.g., Prototyping (basics) Testing practices (basics) Tools such as MS Office including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Additional Notes To be a great Business Analyst, the candidate must have a ‘can-do’ attitude with a healthy mixture of practical wisdom and realism.
