ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking Consultants / Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This project with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Senior BA on Credit & Lending re-designing. Experience designing and implementing TOM is preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead analysis of business processes, operating models and systems to evaluate design impacts across Business, IT, and Operations. Support the development and redesign of global operating models, role structures, RACI frameworks, and service catalogues for Credit & Lending. Assess how change requests affect programme scope, timelines, budget, or effort, and provide accurate estimates for new requirements or design adjustments. Oversee the implementation of approved solutions. Partner closely with regional and market teams to understand regulatory expectations, customer needs, and the competitive environment. SKILLS & EXPERTISE At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting Proven experience designing and delivering Target Operating Models Knowledge within Credit & Lending or related banking domains is a plus not a must Ability to translate strategic objectives into future‑state process, role, system, and control designs aligned to TOM principles. Strong understanding of how systems, workflows, and data flows support the TOM. Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes using structured change frameworks. Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlog management, sprints). Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Background in Operations roles is welcomed.
