POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and operational performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise-wide process documentation, quality assurance (QA) development, and collaboration with technology teams to support scalable, data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with operational insight, bringing strong experience working with technology teams to optimize business processes and implement effective systems.

Work with internal teams to understand their data needs and build dashboards, reports, and analytics that enable informed decision-making.
Partner with technology teams to assess, roll out, and improve systems, such as CRM, ticketing platforms, and QA tools, to strengthen operations.
Turn business challenges into clear technical requirements, identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, or digitize processes.
Participate in testing and deployment activities to help ensure that new systems or enhancements are functional, effective, and aligned with user needs.
