This is an opportunity to join a forward-looking multi-year Investment Platform transformation program designed to deliver a modernized target operating model. The initiative will drive end-to-end modernization of technology and data capabilities, enabling streamlined processes, enhanced scalability, and improved decision-making across investment, operations, and finance teams.
The Transformation Office is accountable for all aspects of program delivery including Program and Project Management, Change Management & Communications, Transformation Design and Delivery, and Data Enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), are highly desirable.
Experience: 6+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong knowledge of GE investment and fundamental equity research analytics.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting investment applications such as Aladdin for GE portfolios.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to document and analyze the full lifecycle of GE products (for Front, Middle and Back offices).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with interactions with portfolio managers, operations, and performance teams on GE product requirements.
Learning & Curiosity: Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability to changing investment and technology environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with GE portfolio management, fundamental equity research, data operations, and performance teams to document requirements for GE products as part of the Aladdin onboarding.
Leverage strong analytical skills to articulate and define business requirements for portfolio construction principles, risk-return trade-offs, and optimization tools like MSCI RiskManager.
Apply technical proficiency in Order Management System workflows (Aladdin preferred, but experience in CRD (Charles River)) beneficial, Bloomberg and Power BI for data analytics and research.
Support and address gaps in intraday visibility and manual data aggregation by enabling real-time dashboard and data flows.
Map and analyze end-to-end workflows for GE products, including portfolio construction, order entry, lifecycle events, and performance measurement.
Collaborate with program teams focused on various GE investment strategies including passive, active, absolute return, and volatility and protection programs.
Solution integration and workflow design: Ensure accurate configuration and integration of GE workflows and analytics within Aladdin platform; lead business process redesign to align with new system capabilities and industry best practices.
Implementation and program delivery: Liaise with project managers and program leads to provide accurate and timely status tracking and reporting to ensure successful project delivery; identify and proactively address potential risks and issues related to technology, process, and organizational changes.
Stakeholder and program collaboration: Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to map future-state operating models and processes; collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute test cases for the testing process and participate in defect management and resolution.
Continuous support and enhancement: Deliver proactive application support and guidance across GE product configurations, collaborating with technical teams and delivery partners to optimize business workflows and reporting capabilities.
