Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the successful implementation of IT-related business change at the University. You will join a small team of business and process improvement analysts and will work on a wide variety of projects, often complex in nature and usually working across multiple projects at the same time.
You will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs; scoping and assessing the feasibility of new projects; supporting strategic decision-making via business cases, options appraisals and impact assessments; capturing, analysing, prioritising, validating and co-ordinating sign-off of requirements; supporting solution testing and implementation and playing a key role in 3rd party invitations to tender.
You will plan and manage the analysis needed for each of your projects. You will work collaboratively with project and programme managers to shape project or programme plans. You will sometimes manage projects yourself or co-ordinate the work of other analysts and project team members. You will plan and facilitate workshops, meetings and other activities. You will present information visually, verbally and in writing and be responsible for producing high quality business analysis outputs.
