We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our Student Management Value Stream and focus on continuous improvements to the Student Management System. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the University's digital landscape, creating impactful solutions that enhance the student journey. You will work on meaningful IT enhancements, leveraging your sector knowledge and excellent requirement-gathering skills to deliver innovative tools and systems. Key tasks of the role include: • Contributing analysis, insight, and recommendations to the development of solutions that maximise stakeholder and organisational value within the Student Management System • Analysing enterprise systems, including processes, data, reporting, and applications specific to student management. • Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate scoping or discovery workshops. • Identifying and prioritising user experience needs and defining application behaviour. • Contributing to large and complex enhancements that improve the student management experience. • Ensuring alignment with key business roadmaps. To succeed in this role, your toolkit will include: • A relevant qualification or certification. • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis. • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills. • A focus on digital experience. • Project experience and an understanding of methodologies. • Exposure to an agile software enhancement delivery environment (preferred). Exposure to working in a squad-based agile software enhancement delivery environment would be a strong advantage.
