Victoria University (VU) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Cyber) to join our Digital and Campus Services (DCS) team. This pivotal role will support the successful delivery of strategic cyber initiatives, driving improvements in digital safety frameworks, business processes, and operational efficiency across the University.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Lead the analysis, requirements gathering, and re-engineering of business processes for cyber-related programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases, requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure secure, effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the uplift of business analysis practices and frameworks, including Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and forums to address business challenges and drive process improvements.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Projects and Business Analysis and will play a key part in shaping the University’s digital security landscape.
