What’s the role? As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and deliver business analysis activities within the UCO Unite, defining scope aligned to project objectives, desired business outcomes, and delivered capabilities across small to medium initiatives. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of agreed value outcomes, ensure accuracy and consistency of requirements, and independently structure and package requirements across complex workstreams to achieve consensus and formal approval. Additionally, you will navigate and manage stakeholder resistance or conflict to build strong, effective working relationships that support successful outcomes. You will tailor communication to suit different audiences and contexts, deliver clear and impactful messages, and provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members while supporting larger and more complex initiatives where required. You will identify and manage resources within consolidated delivery models, provide leadership across teams, support governance needs, and contribute to high quality outcomes through collaboration, sound judgement, and best practice execution. What do I need? * Proven experience as a Business Analyst  * Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving solution targets, with strong capability in iterative and design‑led solution thinking.  * Strong understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of technology and business systems. * Solid knowledge of project management principles and practices within the financial services environment. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.  Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments Why join us?
