Location: Wrocław / Warsaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design functional specifications of applications to address business and user needs
  • Identify internal and external factors which may impact requirements
  • Document requirements including customer journey, features, user stories, cross-team dependencies, separating core product build vs. integration features, outlining what is in and out of scope
  • Prepare and present a compelling business case for proposed solutions
  • Determine objectives, dependencies, resources, timelines, metrics, costs and risks associated with the proposed plans and initiatives
  • Help identify problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing business processes and workflows
  • Use a variety of business process and workflow design tools and techniques
  • Support the evaluation of tradeoffs from the incorporation of different elements into the design and their impact on overall functionality, interoperability, efficiency and costs of the software
  • Participate in the development of systems during various stages of the development lifecycle

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3y + professional experience (min. 2 years of experience as Business Analyst)
  • Readiness to travel (approx. up to 10% of working time in a year)
  • Minimum experience with two (2) Software Development Projects
  • Expertise in business case creation and requirements gathering
  • Experience in articulating user stories and establishing further directions
  • Knowledgeable and practitioner of the SCRUM framework
  • Sufficient knowledge to help build and refine consulting frameworks around processes, technology and people to enable clients create enhanced B2C/B2B customer journeys, digital products, applications and touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in English (strong C1 level or higher)
  • Proficiency in German (strong C1 level or higher)
