  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant Business- or Data Analyst experience in High Tech or Software organizations
  • Strong SQL experience and good experience in at least one high-level language
  • Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present insights and compelling recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience
  • Flexibility to wear multiple hats and switch gears quickly (e.g., from strategy to insights to tactical operations)
  • You can break through organisational boundaries and are persistent to navigate through a complex environment without losing focus.

As a Senior Business Analyst with a Growth focus, you drive reporting and analytical needs from end to end. You’re leveraging data to drive insights, inform decision-making, and support the overall growth and success of the organization. You’ll work across functions in this role and feel ownership of unified data streams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data. Use statistical techniques and data visualization to derive meaningful insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Business Planning: Together with Solution teams, take ownership of product plan figures, including consumption modeling and customer count targets. Provide insights derived from plan/actuals analysis and provide recommendations to course-correct.
  • Hypotheses Testing and Experimentation: Support Business and Product Teams in formulating & testing business hypotheses to evaluate the impact of product changes or pricing strategies.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to business teams and executives.
  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and external systems (for example, SFDC, Marketo). Clean, validate, and pre-process the data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate complex data concepts, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
