About the Job We are seeking a Business Analyst to join in a diverse and global Commercial Workbench Platform team based in Bangkok. The key to this role is responsible for providing an interface between our international clients, business leaders, and the development team for delivering complex IT solutions of our commercial application. As part of the team, you will have to perform data analysis, have deep understanding of backlog management, and ensure our products meet the needs of customers and stakeholders What you do Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on product vision and business requirements. Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and driving changes to enhance operational efficiency. Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, complexity, and risk, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful tasks. Write clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate product requirements and user needs to the development team. Use problem-solving skills to address product challenges and roadblocks, developing innovative solutions to ensure product success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed and launched according to business requirements and strategic objectives. What you bring Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions. Experience with backlog management and prioritization in an Agile development environment. Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills. Proficiency in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria. Knowledge of the insurance industry and Allianz's products is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good presentation skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science/ Business Studies/ Managment Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications is required.
