Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Business and Sales Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational success. By analysing data, uncovering key trends, and developing actionable insights, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, forecast future trends, and boost customer acquisition and revenue.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales success.
  • Create accurate forecasts and predictive analytics to guide revenue planning.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to identify key opportunities.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Support the calculation of clients’ Year-End Bonuses (YEB) with data-driven tools.
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability across all systems within the SEE organization.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitors, and product performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to shape sales and business strategies.
