Description:

Grade A - £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,139 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

Home-based with regular meetings in London, Newcastle or Leeds offices.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Business Change Manager for CQC you will play an essential role ensuring all change initiatives in CQC are understood and be proactive in preparing the business for the impact of the changes being delivered.
You will take on a leadership role to drive change across the organisation with a great opportunity to work closely with functions and projects across the organisation to drive business change. It will involve partnering with our communication and engagement team as well as the learning Academy to drive any activities critical for projects.
As a change management expert in the organisation, you will drive business change management standards and best practice and plan the business change requirements, ensuring any additional resources are planned and recruited. You will support the organisation through every aspect of business change from assessing the need for change and designing risk-assessed change approaches to implementation and monitoring.
