Location: Peterborough, Hybrid. This role also requires regular travel to another business unit located in Andover, UK.
Have you conducted global-scale application development, ERP implementation, technical infrastructure, or other large transformation or change projects? Can you apply flexible governance using your extensive knowledge and experience to blend the right methodologies and tools?
Are you skilled in managing project team(s) comprising technical and non-technical members, 3rd parties, and business unit IT Teams, while guiding the development and management of project plans, team meetings, and steering committees?
We’re looking for someone to join us during an exciting time of growth and development. Our Global Delivery function is maturing its approach and aligning closely with our vision and strategy by launching a new service: ‘PMaaS’ (Project Management as a Service). This innovative service will act as an internal consultancy, offering project and programme-based professionals to support strategically significant business change and technology projects across the ABF Group.
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will coordinate the mobilisation and management of assigned technology projects and programmes. You’ll work closely with sponsors to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes, meeting business case goals and benefits. This role will oversee diverse project and programme teams, including PMaaS resources from BTS, other ABF businesses, and external partners.

The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture.
