Join our Line 2 Compliance team who play a key role actively advising, reviewing and challenge compliance risks in our Banking and Financial Services Group.

What role will you play?
Reporting to the Head of Compliance – Banking and Financial Services, you will engage with stakeholders on cross divisional initiatives and advise the business on their response to new and emerging regulatory and compliance risk.
You will partner with the business and advise on business projects and regulatory engagements, providing advice and oversight on business initiatives impacting regulatory and compliance risks.
In addition, you will perform compliance framework and policy reviews, design and deliver key compliance management information and create training and awareness materials for key regulatory risks.

What you offer

  • Extensive Compliance/Risk Management experience, with an understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in retail financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with resilience and sound judgement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce or a similar discipline
  • Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsHigh degree of commercial acumen.
