Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Setup Advisor with extensive knowledge of the UAE’s business environment. The ideal candidate will guide entrepreneurs and corporations through the process of establishing their businesses across Free Zones, Mainland, or Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. With a deep understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and market trends, the advisor will ensure a seamless experience for clients while fostering strong relationships with government entities and service providers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE laws, regulations, and key entities, such as DED, MOFAIC, and Free Zone Authorities.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
- Proven track record in managing complex business setup cases for local and international clients.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Strong relationships with government entities and service providers in the UAE.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore jurisdictions, based on their requirements and industry focus.
- Company Formation: Facilitate end-to-end company registration processes, including trade name reservation, document drafting, and submissions.
- Licensing Assistance: Guide clients in obtaining trade licenses, approvals, and permits from relevant UAE authorities (e.g., DED, DMCC, ADGM).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations, including UAE Corporate Tax, VAT registration, labor laws, and economic substance regulations (ESR).
- Banking Coordination: Assist clients with opening corporate bank accounts by coordinating with UAE-based financial institutions.
- Government Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with UAE government authorities such as immigration, customs, and municipalities to ensure smooth processes.
- Market Entry Strategies: Provide insights on market trends, potential challenges, and industry-specific requirements to help clients achieve long-term success in the UAE market.
- Visa & Immigration Support: Assist in processing investor and employee visas, labor cards, and residency permits through relevant government portals.
- Ongoing Support: Offer post-establishment support, including document renewals, amendments, and operational advice.
