About the role: As a Senior Business Consultant, you will: Lead strategic consulting projects from inception to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth. Manage and mentor project teams, fostering consulting excellence and professional development. Contribute thought leadership through market-facing content and insights on emerging trends. You will report to the Early Advisory Solution Delivery Manager and work closely with the Head of the Early Advisory Practice, Genesis France Head of Country, and technical teams and experts part of the Genesis global network. Experiences in projects, previous jobs: Experience: 7–15 years in techno-economic / business consulting, within the energy or process industries. Education: Degree in Engineering or STEM; Skills: Demonstrable understanding of the energy industry value chain and its players Proven track record in project leadership and client engagement. Ability to support tendering and business development. Capacity to collaborate within global project teams and adjust to diverse cultural environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Background: Practical project experience in transition topics such as hydrogen, e-fuels, biofuels, CCS or SAF production pathways is highly desirable. Experience in techno-economic due diligence (buy or sell-side) would be a plus The primary working language is English. While proficiency in French is not required, it is considered an advantage.
