We are looking for a full-time Senior Business Consultant with MFG/FMCG experience to join our RELEX family in Helsinki. You’ll be part of our dynamic Customer Operations team, working closely with customers to design, configure, and deliver RELEX solutions that optimize their supply chain and manufacturing processes. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Lead implementation projects and continuous value development; in demand forecasting, production planning, production scheduling, and process development.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze data, and configure RELEX solutions to meet their needs.
• Train customers to use RELEX tools effectively and support them through testing and validation.
• Lead collaboration internally to refine best practices and expansion of industry knowledge.
