Reviews and validates deliverables (e.g., configurations, functional specifications) to ensure they meet project standards. Solution Configuration – Responsible for configuring the Objective product suite, aligned to best practice, to conform to the documented design, as well as making evolutionary improvements to the solution through prototyping the solution with the customer. Testing Strategy –Collaborates on testing strategies (functional, integration, SIT) and performs testing to resolve issues. Supports end-to-end solution testing, UAT, and Go Live, actively triaging defects and validating outcomes. Data Migration - Designs the business architecture of data migrations, including usability and security of the migrated data, undertakes data mapping between legacy systems and Objective, and advises customers on data cleansing actions. Training – Trains customers in advanced aspects of the Objective product use and product administration. Serves as the Change Management Lead for Objective-related change management activities, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and supporting Train the Trainer initiatives. Internal Governance - Regularly reviews existing and emerging risks (related to business design) and develops effective mitigation strategies with the PM. Actively contributes to the project technical governance meetings, de-risking the project and protecting scope. Risk Management - Identifies business design risks and risk mitigation strategies throughout projects, with a focus on business design. Partners with the PM to proactively address scope changes or conflicts that may impact the overall business design. Stakeholder Engagement – Establishes a trusting relationship within Customers’ organisations and acts as the primary liaison between the business users and project team in matters relating to the functional scope. Customer Outcomes –Delivers the contracted business outcomes for our customers, whilst minimising the complexity of the solution, reducing (or at least not acquiring) technical debt, and working within the project scope and project commercials. Risk Management - Identifies business design risks and risk mitigation strategies throughout projects, with a focus on business design. Partners with the PM to proactively address scope changes or conflicts that may impact the overall business design.
