For the Senior Business Consultant position we expect you to: Engage with clients to gather and validate requirements. Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops tailored to clients’ needs, for gathering, analyzing and clearly understanding business needs. Coordinate communication among all stakeholders to identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies. Conduct business processes analysis, including review and mapping of both As-Is & To-Be, and prepare specific proposals for effective system enhancements, modifications, or replacements. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain comprehensively functional and non-functional requirements specifications in accordance with established standards and templates. Oversee and track analysis progress to ensure milestones are met. Collaborate closely with technical teams, business representatives, project managers and test analysts to ensure successful delivery. Provide regular progress updates to the BA Manager or Lead BA Ensure high product quality and on-time deliverables. Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have: Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst in card payment solutions. University Degree in Computer science/information technology, information management systems, business information systems, electrical/electronic engineering, mathematics or science from a Greek or foreign institute. In-depth knowledge of the Card Payments Industry: Issuing, Authorization flows, clearing & settlement Acquiring, POS, e-Commerce Platforms, ATM. Very good command of English language, both written and spoken. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation that interprets business needs and evaluates multiple options for finding optimal solutions. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior leadership, vendors or external customers to facilitate a common understanding of requirements using strong verbal communication techniques. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to achieve alignment and consensus when required.
