Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SENIOR BUSINESS CONTINUITY ANALYST?

You will support the Head of Business Continuity by working with different parts of the business to help them assess their business needs, the potential impact on their business by a disruptive incident, develop mitigation strategies and document their recovery plans.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Head of Business Continuity and wider BCM community with audits, regulatory inquires and external vendor activities relating to Business
  • Support the Head of Business Continuity during a crisis or major incidents
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of ISO 22301 certification

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IN THIS ROLE?

Education & Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Crisis or Major Incident Management, and strategic business planning.
Certifications & Governance: CBCP or CBCI certification, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and the operational challenges in managing continuity and recovery processes.
Risk & Compliance: Proven experience in risk management, auditing business processes, and working within ISO-certified environments.
Continuity Expertise: Solid knowledge of common business continuity threats and proportionate, practical mitigation approaches.
