About the Assignment: Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess current Business Control activities Gather requirements from Group Function managers Develop proposals for standardization and simplification of processes in collaboration with the manager of the group where the Business Control assignment will be transferred Partially perform the Business Controller role while simultaneously: Mapping the current state and future needs Driving the change initiative (primary responsibility) Documenting processes Transferring knowledge to the receiving organization Requirements Qualifications: Senior Business Controller with an academic background in Administration, Economics, or Law Minimum 8+ years of experience as a business controller Must have: Seniority in Business controlling Project leader experience Nice to have: SAP SAC (Sap analytics cloud) Power BI as a BI tool Individual qualitites: Communicative Self-driven Solution-oriented Driven
