Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to act as the strategic finance partner for our Digital business. In this role, you will manage and improve the Plan & Control cycle of Ecom, Marketplaces and Beauty Tech with data driven decision making. As part of the Digital MT, you challenge and support senior business partners with sharp analysis and a clear point of view. Combining strong business partnering with deep analytical expertise, you strengthen performance management across Digital. You build scalable omni planning and reporting processes that drive topline growth and sustainable profitability. You will be part of the central Control & Analytics team in Amsterdam and report to the Head of Line of Business Control. Key responsibilities Act as a solid business partner of our global Digital team with a leading role in planning, analysis and reporting in close coordination with Market Control. Mastering the (Omni) Consumer Sales data on Online Sales & KPI's up until EBITDA and CAPEX. Improve insights by developing new standards for Digital topline forecasting for Ecom and Marketplaces, Digital Performance Marketing and securing cost control including Customer Service. Develop robust business cases and scenario analyses to challenge and support and challenge strategic digital investments and growth initiatives. Lead insights and set forecasting methods for our emerging Beauty Tech business. Support with executive presentations during the Plan & Control cycle for Group Control. Enhance our omnichannel analytics capability by defining KPI frameworks, improving management information, and leveraging AI and advanced analytics. Drive continuous improvement of omni-channel initiatives by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes as part of the Control & Analytics team. Qualifications Master’s degree in business economics or related fields. Approx. 6 years of experience as a Business Controller Work experience within E-commerce is a must have! Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey, in a simple way, complex financial and data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives. Ability to manage and adapt to change, whether it’s new processes, technologies, organizational restructuring, or shifts in market dynamics.
