You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.     In this role, you'll: •    Liaise with internal teams and external partners to source advice, technical expertise, and operational support, and analyse and present information for projects and organisational reporting. •    Prepare and review accurate and timely correspondence, briefing notes, reports, ministerial documents, and memoranda for initiatives and issues, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and approvals. •    Develop internal and external communications, including drafting emails, preparing reports and presentations, and providing stakeholders with clear updates on project progress. •    Support financial management by assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenditure, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with organisational policies. •    Perform a range of administrative functions which at times may include diary management and advisory, office procedures, purchasing, and records management, ensuring adherence to corporate administrative policies. •    Maintain and review administrative systems, records, and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices. •    Deliver high-quality customer service to meet organisational and stakeholder needs, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions. •    Lead and influence administration functions and teams driving a positive and collaborative culture.  •    Work closely with Senior stakeholders across the organisations, working in a matrix environment.   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.     About you •    Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on project and business performance within a large, complex environment. •    Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage high volume  competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. •    Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business applications.     Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
