Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities in the nearshoring sector. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT services, a strong industry network, and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.

EXPERIENCE:

8 - 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT services or nearshoring industry.

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and nearshoring models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the IT nearshoring industry.
  • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy.

Business Development:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting our nearshoring solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
