Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting estate/lettings agents across London.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision makers.
  • Lead prospect meetings (phone, online, or in person) to present Buildary’s services.
  • Support Louisa in moving leads through the sales pipeline to signed agreements.
  • Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure trial engagements.
  • Record all sales activity and maintain accurate CRM/workflow records.
  • Provide input to refine Buildary’s go-to-market strategy and agent onboarding process.
