In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the efforts of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients. Facilitate Business Development meetings with leadership. Develop and maintain the company pipeline database. Research and analyze government procurement opportunities. Maintain business pipeline profiles and internal databases. Conduct gate reviews and qualify opportunities. Develop proposals and client solutions to enhance win probability. Coordinate and manage capability statements and proposals. Build and maintain client partnerships. Attend marketing and outreach events. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of Business Development experience. 5+ years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaboratively achieve project goals. Competence in government contracting and delivery. Experience with FAR and relevant technical areas. Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessment.
