JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development / Business Setup Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire business setup journey — from initial consultation to final license issuance — while identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE
  • Deep knowledge of UAE company formation regulations and procedures
  • Strong understanding of Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS) and Mainland setup via DED
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho is an advantage
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored business setup advice
  • Recommend appropriate legal structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and jurisdictions
  • Manage company formation processes, including documentation, licensing, and visa applications
  • Liaise with Free Zone authorities, DED, municipalities, and government entities
  • Generate and qualify new leads, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Assist clients during PRO and banking steps where applicable
  • Stay updated on UAE commercial laws, visa policies, and free zone regulations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports
